SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are based in the United Kingdom, your product is shipped from the UK, we provide some of the fast, most affordable delivery options in the industry. Please check your import/customs charges for your country as the buyer is responsible for these, these will not be paid by ourselves. Please note that we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order, especially those going outside the UK. You must allow time for your order to be released from customs in the receiving country.
Processing Time on hand made items: 1- 3 days then the item ships.
Processing Time on all other purchases: 2-3 day, then the item ship.
We will make sure to notify you when your order ships via email.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
We are unable to refund or credit items that have been deliberately damaged, washed or worn.

Next Day Delivery Method - Royal Mail Tracked Next Day
All orders placed via Next Day Delivery before 1pm are delivered the next working day via Royal Mail.
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Delivery to Southern Ireland - Courier
Orders over 2kg in weight and (or) £30.00 will be sent to EIRE using the DPD courier service.
This is a tracked service at a cost of £15.00 plus VAT – (2 day service)
Orders of 2kg and under can also be sent to EIRE on a Royal Mail standard service, providing they are also under £29.99
This service is a 3-5 working days delivery and is available at the cost of £4.16 plus VAT
(If you would prefer, the normal Interlink/DPD service is still available)
Orders that contain more than 10 items cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express Delivery
International Delivery - Royal Mail International Signed For
All orders placed to be delivered internationally are delivered via Royal Mail International Signed For. This service is £14 inc VAT for delivery to Europe or Worldwide.
Please note, some multiple quantity International orders may be subject to an additional charge
Please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries via the Royal Mail International Signed For service.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday - excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Please check the estimated despatch date - this is NOT the estimated delivery date. Our despatch times may change throughout the year due to workload.
Please ensure you check your delivery address. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, not collected, address incorrect and you want your item to be re-shipped, you are required to pay for the postage for us to reship.
Shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class post free of charge. Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after despatch but this is not guaranteed. We do not allow collections.
For any orders shipped outside the UK, we send by Royal Mail Tracked/Tracked and Signed/International Signed For depending on which service is available to your country. We will let you know the postal reference number for this when the item is despatched.
Our shipping charge does not include any allocation for import/customs charges. This is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure they are aware of any potential charges when placing your order. We will not pay/refund any import/customs charges. Any international returns - please ensure you mark it as no commercial value as if we are charged any duty for your return this will be deducted from your refund. (Please check with your shipper which option to select so we are not charged duty on a return)
If your order has to clear customs on arrival into your country, you MUST allow time for your government to process this. This can vary due to country, city of entry, time of year, national holidays etc. We CANNOT, therefore, provide a guaranteed delivery date to you. For this reason, if you need your item by a particular date, then you must make provisions to buy your item in plenty of time.
**Any international orders that come back to us as returned to sender (for example - not collected from the post office, address incorrect, no answer etc), we will refund the value of the goods on return of the package but NOT your outbound shipping cost. We will NOT refund bespoke/personalised orders (goods, nor shipping) if they come back to us. Forced returns are against Etsy terms of service. If you still require the item, outbound shipping will be paid by the buyer. Personalised items are non-refundable.
A signature will be required on delivery in most countries.
Delivering time scales may be extended during the holidays and other busy periods.
Please note that we are not responsible for delayed customs and such which may take longer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. Order can be returned/exchanged up to 14 days after the goods are delivered, we must be notified via email.
Your order can not be returned if you contact us after the 14 days period.
Return items back within 30 days of delivery, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We don't accept cancellations. Please make sure to contact us in advance before sending us back the item to authorise the return.
Items that have been personalised, altered or made to your specific requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
International exchanges - buyer to pay for a replacement to be resent. We will send you an invoice at the time We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Item must be sent back unworn/unused in the condition it was received in - no makeup/perfume. It must not have been worn/used. If any damages these must be reported immediately on the same day. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises. We have the right to refuse to accept the return if the item is in any way soiled or not returned in the condition the item was initially sent to the customer.
Exchanges will not be posted until the original item is received back to ourselves.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please obtain proof of posting for your records as you will need to show if the item is lost in transit on return for a refund.
