Welcome to the Rundestiny website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Dispatch Times

 All orders are sent by our chosen couriers. Orders are sent on the next working day service unless otherwise stated.  Orders over £50 are free to the UK mainland.

Next working day delivery is temporarily not available. Cut off for next-day delivery when available is 4 PM. If you place your order after 4 PM the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 4 PM on Thursday your order will be dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday. If you place your order after 4 PM on Friday your order will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We ship to most European countries. 


The couriers will attempt delivery two times only, after which your parcel may be held in your local depot, or returned to ourselves. The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbor unless specifically instructed not to within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pick-up shop, leave it in a safe place or allocate a neighbor for delivery- should you not be available after the first delivery attempt. All of this information is available to you via your tracking link.

Personal data is collected by Rundestiny under the lawful basis of the Contract. That is, so that we can provide the goods you order from us, or that we can answer your inquiry may lead to an order or other form of contract between Rundestiny and yourself. 


E forms such as ‘Get a Quote for Printing, embroidery, tailoring; ‘Get in Touch. Data collected using these forms is processed by us in order to respond to your inquiry. During the process of requesting a quotation or placing an order. We require certain personal data, such as name and contact details, to be able to fulfill your order, including delivering your goods and keeping you informed of progress. Some data will be shared with third parties in order to achieve this. 


Data collected automatically. Our system will record your IP address when you visit our website or complete any online forms on our website. This is an anti-fraud measure used by the majority of businesses operating online.

We also use cookies to enable the functionality of the website such as keeping track of shopping cart contents.

Payment Methods

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard,  or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Further information for overseas customers All overseas transaction must be paid for by direct bank transfer unless agreed upon prior to sale.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
